Brooklyn Brewery Cooking Demo/Tap Takeover Recap

After performing an informative cooking demonstration of his delicious Spaghetti Carbonara and Crab Cakes, The Brooklyn Brewery Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver, capped off an amazing Thursday night with a Brooklyn Brewery Tap Takeover in our bar that included a selection of beers you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Ghost Bottles from Garrett’s personal stash and an unrivaled tap selection kept the huge group of craft beer fans and food aficionados very happy well into the night, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his knowledge, insight and good humor.
