After several months of planning, collaboration and execution between three elite teams, we present to you…..Yes And

In improv, “Yes And” means accepting what exists, then building something new.  In beer collaboration, it means magic!

Back in September, a few members of our team headed down to Threes Brewing in Gowanus, NY to brew a beautiful Italian Pilsner with German Sapphir hops.  It was then lagered cold in their foeder for four weeks before being conditioned on whole leaf US-grown Saaz hops from Hop Head Farms in Michigan.

Later in October, a few other members of the squad met up with Greg at Oxbow in Newcastle, Maine to brew a dedocted saison with 100% Maine-grown Pilsner malts, low alpha American hops and dry hopped it with Super Saaz.  Essentially taking the same Threes base beer and giving it the classic Oxbow farmhouse treatment.

We’re also cooking up some great food specials for y’all that night, including some fresh Pemaquid oysters on the half shell straight from Maine.  Erik Rabasca will be providing the soundtrack for the evening, beginning at 5:30.  We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
