Please fill out our request form and attach all the documents requested below. Community fund requests are not handled over the phone or by mail. In order to be considered for any donation, you must submit a 501c.
Keep in mind that we do receive hundreds of requests per week, and we would love to support all of the organizations; however, that is not possible. We will always do our best to help in any way we can. Donations requested will primarily be in the form of products or gift certificates.
If your donation is approved, you will receive a call from our donation department, who will explain how to pick up your donation.
